Vacancies Overview
1) Lead and manage participants throughout the overseas program
2) Ensure smooth execution based on the itinerary
3) Act to liaison between management, vendors and participants
4) Coordinate basic logistics (movement, timing, attendance)
5) Provide briefings and guidance to participants
6) Handle issues or emegencies professionally
7) Prepare a simple post- program report
8) Ensure participant safety, discipline and welfare
Vacancies Requirements :
- Good communication in Malay & English
- Confident, friendly and good interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling groups/ events is an advantage
- Able to work under pressure and solve problem quickly
- Physically fit and able to travel overseas
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
